Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EZ Cash 4 Keys ("EZ Cash 4 Keys", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://ezcash4keys.com, submit a property, or communicate with us, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to consumers in every U.S. state and includes specific disclosures for California and Texas residents.
1. Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, all of which you may decline to provide (though we may then be unable to evaluate your property):
- Identifiers and contact information — name, phone number, email address, and the property address you submit.
- Property information — condition, occupancy, timeline, and reason for selling as you describe them, plus publicly available property records we may look up (such as ownership, size, year built, assessed value, tax status, and sale history).
- Consent and communication records — the consent text and version you agreed to, the date, time, IP address, and browser used, your communication preferences and opt-outs, and the content of calls, texts, and emails with us (calls may be recorded where permitted by law with notice).
- Internet and device activity — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, campaign parameters, and interactions with our forms, collected through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
- Inferences — an internal priority ranking derived from the information you provide, used only to organize our follow-up.
- Sensitive personal information — we do not request it. If you choose to share it (for example, a financial hardship or a family circumstance as your reason for selling), we use it only to understand your situation and never for profiling unrelated to your request.
We collect this information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from public records and data providers about the property you submit.
2. How we use personal information
- To evaluate the property, communicate with you about a possible purchase, prepare offers, and complete a transaction if you choose to sell.
- To respond to your questions and requests, including privacy requests.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve our website and services, including preventing fraud and abuse.
- To measure which pages and campaigns are useful, using aggregated analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and maintain records of consent.
We do not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How we share personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We disclose personal information only to:
- Service providers that process it on our behalf under contract — hosting and database providers, communications platforms (phone, text, email), address and property-data providers, analytics, and security tools.
- Transaction parties when you proceed with a sale — title and escrow companies, attorneys, and, if we assign a purchase contract, the assignee buyer, each of which needs the information to close.
- Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Calls, texts, and emails
If you check the consent box when submitting a property, you give EZ Cash 4 Keys express written consent to contact you about your property by phone, text, and email, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell us during a call, or submit a request through our privacy choices form. We maintain an internal do-not-contact list, honor the National Do Not Call Registry and state no-call lists, and only contact you during permitted hours in your local time. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Our commercial emails include our postal address and a working unsubscribe link.
5. Cookies, analytics, and Global Privacy Control
We use strictly necessary browser storage to remember your progress in our form during a session. If we enable web analytics (such as Google Analytics), it sets cookies to measure site usage; we configure it without advertising features. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load third-party analytics for you. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common standard.
6. Retention
We keep lead, property, and consent records for as long as needed for the purposes above, generally up to 36 months after our last interaction, and longer where required to document consent, complete a transaction, comply with law, or resolve disputes. Opt-out and do-not-contact records are kept indefinitely so we can honor them. Web server logs are retained for a short period for security.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Obtain a portable copy of your data.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do none of these) and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (we do none).
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- Appeal a decision we make on your request.
To exercise any right, email bradley@blueprintforfuture.com, or use our privacy choices form or write to us at 261 Church Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91910. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days where required and respond within 45 days (extendable once by a further 45 days with notice). We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide to our records and may ask for additional confirmation for deletion or access requests. You may use an authorized agent; we may require proof of the agent's authority. Requests to stop contact are honored without verification.
9. Notice to California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
The categories in Section 1 correspond to the following CCPA categories: identifiers; personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e); commercial information (property and transaction details); internet or network activity; geolocation data limited to the property address; audio information from recorded calls; inferences; and, only if you volunteer it, sensitive personal information. We collect them for the business purposes in Section 2 and disclose them to the recipients in Section 3. We do not sell or share personal information, including of consumers under 16, and we honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request. California residents may also request information about our disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83 (we make none). To submit a request, email bradley@blueprintforfuture.com, or use our privacy choices form or write to us at 261 Church Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
10. Notice to Texas residents (TDPSA)
Texas residents have the rights to confirm and access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling as described in Section 8. We do not sell personal data or engage in targeted advertising. We do not process sensitive data without your consent; information you volunteer about your reason for selling is used only to evaluate your request. To exercise your rights or appeal a decision, email bradley@blueprintforfuture.com, or use our privacy choices form or write to us at 261 Church Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91910. 12. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
