Accessibility Statement

EZ Cash 4 Keys wants every homeowner to be able to learn about selling a house and submit a property, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We design and test the Site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, headings in order, and a "skip to content" link on every page.
• Every form field has a visible label; errors are announced to screen readers and described next to the field.
• All functionality works with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators, and the address search is an accessible combobox.
• Text and interactive elements meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio; touch targets are at least 44 pixels tall.
• The Site respects reduced-motion preferences and works at 200% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
• We run automated accessibility checks (axe-core) on every page and funnel step as part of our release process, and review changes manually.

Known limitations

Third-party services we may enable in the future (for example, embedded maps or chat) may not fully meet these standards; we will provide an alternative way to complete the same task wherever that is the case.
