We close through a Texas title company
On the date you choose. The title company pays off liens and wires your proceeds.
Commitments
What you can hold us to
- We show you the math. Every offer comes with the comparable sales and repair estimate we used.
- We don't renegotiate at the closing table. The walkthrough happens before the offer; if something wasn't visible, we tell you exactly what changed.
- We tell you when listing would net you more. Some houses should go on the market. We'll say so.
- We disclose our role in writing. If we intend to assign a contract to a partner buyer rather than close ourselves, you'll know before you sign, as Texas law requires.
- We use licensed Texas title companies, and you may choose your own.
- We don't do sale-leaseback "rescue" deals, charge fees, or ask for anything up front.
- We honor every request to stop contacting you, immediately, on every channel.

We're starting in one market and doing it properly before adding another. Today that's Houston and Harris County. If your property is nearby but outside that area, submit it anyway — we'll respond either way.

Texas equitable-interest disclosure. We may purchase properties directly or, where permitted, assign our rights under a purchase agreement to another buyer. If we ever market a property in which we hold only a contract or option interest rather than title, we disclose that in writing as required by Texas Property Code §5.086 and Texas Occupations Code §1101.0045.
